The key members of our staff have been representing attorneys in court for an average of 20 years each, each one a specialist in a particular Part or area. The same people are in the same courts every day. They know the buildings, the personnel, the procedures, and the rules, and they know when procedures and rules change, sometimes overnight. They are supported by our system – our crew of messengers, our familiar pink and yellow order slips, and our daily reports – which still functions more efficiently than high technology, 95 years later.
